Olivia Hodson - About Me
I'm a New England & NYC based actress and independent filmmaker.
My acting career began in regional theatre where I worked on a variety of classical and contemporary pieces which then lead to originating roles in both national and world premieres. During this time, I was also an active singer and voiceover artist - training with top private coaches. In 2021, I decided to relocate to New York City to fully commit to deepening my craft. I studied at The William Esper Studio; intensely focusing on the Meisner Technique for several years before graduating in 2023.
I've recently discovered my passion and talent for filmmaking as a writer and director - With extensive experience as an actress, my skill in telling stories through film is deeper in passion, theme and relatability through the humanity of the characters.
Mixing my mature reverence for craft and a youthful imagination my aim is to inspire personal renaissance upholding timeless and classic beauty.
